This mugg's first name is mister, middle name period, last name T. As a kid, he got three meals a day. Oatmeal, miss-a-meal, and no meal. This is what made him so tough. Racer X always seems to take second place, when clearly he is the better racer. Why? That's because he really is Speed's older brother, Rex! He lets him win, often protecting him from danger and harm from the other racer. Someday, maybe we will see this mugg unmasked. Link
